Meet Taylor
Taylor is a Peak Pilates Level 3 instructor currently enrolled in the Master Instructor Program. She is deeply rooted in classical Pilates and passionate about honoring Joseph Pilates’ original work. This, in her experience, is what truly transforms posture, strength, and the way clients carry themselves.
She prides herself on continuing education and is consistently attending workshops to deepen her knowledge and evolve as an instructor. Her approach goes beyond what you often see online, instead focusing on real, lasting results rather than just the “Instagram version” of Pilates.
Taylor has a special passion for working with clients who have limitations or injuries, helping them rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies. She believes this journey is one of the most rewarding parts of Pilates, and it’s a big reason why she loves what she does.
Through private and duet sessions, she creates a supportive, personalized experience where every client feels seen, challenged, and capable of more than they thought.
